This hands-on workshop is designed to help landscape business owners understand their financial numbers and build an operating budget they can use to make informed decisions throughout the year. Attendees will work with their own company’s financial information to develop a budget that reflects the true cost of running their business.
During the workshop, Sahra will guide participants through calculating labor costs, accounting for equipment and materials, understanding overhead expenses, establishing sales goals, and determining the markup needed to support profitability. Participants will build their 2027 operating budget directly in LMN while learning how to use that information to improve estimating, pricing, and financial planning.
Whether you’re new to LMN or looking to make better use of the software, this workshop will provide practical knowledge and a budget you can continue using after the event.
